Check out my awesome, quirky new boots or really tall tennis shoes, either way, they are bad ass!!  Thanks bro and sis!!  I got these for Christmas and I loooove them.

We've been really busy working on remodeling our bathroom.  You may recall about a year ago I mentioned taking down the wallpaper and what a treat that was, well that's about as far as we got before we got side tracked on a million other projects.  So, we've started that back up and are coming along pretty well.  

We got all the popcorn ceiling off, the little bits of paper we didn't get off before, have started the mud work, and done some sanding. The ceiling and walls should be paint ready before we know it! Unfortunately, next month has us pretty busy with something going on every weekend but hopefully we can find the time here and there to keep moving forward.

I'll be sure to post some pics and hopefully it won't be a year from now!

It's play time with the furry faced children!!

Molly Brown is still being a bit of a snot to little miss Sadie Mae but hopefully Molly Brown will soon get over her turf war and start to love Sadie Mae like we do!  At any rate, they are all pretty hilarious to watch, especially at dinner time!

Next up, time for dinner........or rather breakfast!  I LOOOOVE breakfast and I also really like to eat it for dinner!  So, I made us egg in a hole!

Yummy!!!!  I over cooked my eggs just a touch but Damon's were perfect so I'm going to continue to call myself pretty bad ass!!!

George Washington Carver: "Nothing in more beautiful than the loveliness of the woods before sunrise."

I had a ridiculously early start to my day, ICK!  I am soooo not a morning person but I was able to get these pretty shots of the sunrise so it made it a little better start to my day!



Anyway, once all that adult crap (work, volunteer duties, etc.) was done and over with for the day, we decided to binge watch the last of NCIS to get us caught up and back on track with where they're at on TV.  Not sure I'm ready to start in on NCIS Los Angeles or NCIS New Orleans just yet but I am really enjoying the original!

I prefer to watch shows that are already cancelled so that I don't have to wait week to week so we might try Damages next!

Yeah, that's all just a lazy Friday Night in Winslow watching the telley cuddled up on the couch with my hubby!
